Este apartamento es un espacio acogedor, luminoso y amplio de 55 m2, decorado con estilo moderno y con todo lo necesario para satisfacer vuestras necesidades. Con una máxima capacidad de 3 personas, el apartamento está distribuido en 2 habitaciones con una amplia cama doble de 180x200 y una segunda habitación con una cama doble de 135x200. Además cuenta con terraza privada. En las habitaciones se incluyen ropa de cama y almohadas. El apartamento cuenta con 1 baño completo con bañera, en el que también encontraréis, secador y toallas. La cocina cuenta con todo lo necesario para que podáis preparar y degustar vuestras mejores recetas, por lo que está dotada utensilios de cocina, frigorífico, horno- microondas, lavavajillas y lavadora. El salón es un espacio amplio que cuenta con todo lo necesario para que podáis disfrutar del máximo confort y hacer vuestra estancia lo más cómoda posible.
Está equipado con TV de 49“ y conexión WIFI además de aire acondicionado y calefacción. 

Suministros incluidos en todos los apartamentos hasta 150 €/mes. A partir de esa cantidad se hará cargo el huésped.

En el precio de la estancia se incluye una limpieza semanal con cambio de sábanas
y toallas. Para limpiezas adicionales los precios son los siguientes:
• LIMPIEZA CON CAMBIO DE ROPA: 55€
• LIMPIEZA SIN CAMBIO DE ROPA: 35€
Siempre que sea posible, ambas se deben solicitar con 24h de antelación.

CONDICIONES GENERALES:
- Fianza: 1 mes de alquiler que le devolveremos después de la fecha de salida. (Alquiler + suministros)
- Tasa de inventario fotográfico, solo se paga 1 vez antes de entrar en la habitación 64,15€ (Garantiza la devolución de la fianza frente al propietario gracias a tener fotos del estado de la habitación, como se entrega y como se devuelve)
- Tasa Admin fee 453,75€ (393,25€ admin fee + 60,50€ asnef) - Tasa check out fee 114,95€
- Se requiere foto DNI/Pasaporte y datos bancarios para la devolución de fianza a la finalización del contrato.

Una vez pagada su reserva recibirá un único email de bienvenida de su casero con toda la información e instrucciones que necesita y donde le solicitará la documentación personal y datos bancarios para realizar el contrato de alquiler. MUY IMPORTANTE QUE INDIQUE CORRECTAMENTE SU NÚMERO DE TELÉFONO Y EMAIL PARA EVITAR QUE NO PUEDAN CONTACTAR Y CORRER EL RIESGO DE PERDER LA RESERVA.
Si el propietario no recibe toda la documentación necesaria previamente solicitada por email y el pago de la cantidad total antes del check in, tendrá que pagar 181,50€ adicionales por un contrato de última hora.
Días antes de la mudanza se pondrán en contacto con usted para concretar el horario del check in. 

NO DEBE APARECER EN EL CONTROL DE MOROSIDAD EL INQUILINO POR QUE SINO CORRE RIESGO LA RESERVA 

ATENCIÓN: Si la reserva se realiza EL MISMO DÍA, el registro de entrada deberá efectuarse al menos 48 HORAS DESPUÉS. No podemos hacer entradas el mismo día.
Los contratos son quincenales, abonando así la quincena completa del mes según el día de reserva. Si el Check in se hace del día 20 del mes en adelante, tendrá que abonarse también el mes siguiente para evitar dos pagos seguidos.
