Our rooms come fully furnished with a premium mattress, a wardrobe, a warm carpet, a desk, and a chair. Of course, pillows, bedsheets and other small items such as bedside table, desk lamp, etc. are always included. Depending on your needs, you can also have a balcony or even a shared or private terrace.
Its more than just a co-living building, its simply a very big, comfy place to stay. You will find shared bathrooms on each floor. A fully-equipped kitchen is also part of the accommodation, including an oven, fridge, washing machine, and other small appliances.
This co-living building is perfect if you love to have your own space, but also like living in a community. The building includes a total of 19 rooms, which means you will have all these people to connect with and share your experiences. Next to the property, there is the famous shopping center called El Corte Ingles, where you will find all sorts of things you are looking for. In addition to that, a metro station is also located within 10 minutes walking distance.
The building is located in the beautiful district of Avenidas Novas. It is close to some nice restaurants and lively bars. It is also only about 15-20 minutes by walk to two of the major Universities in Lisbon. There are some nice green spaces around to hang out and relax, including the Gulbenkian garden with its beautiful lake and big amphitheater, which hosts a variety of events.


Who is eligible to book a room?
Young professionals and students between 20 and 35 years old (except studios) One person per room (no bedroom sharing) 
Which documents do we need before sending out contract:
-Copy of Passport
-Income proof (Can be an employment or internship contract, Blocked account, Savings, Payslips of last three months, a gurantee, etc.

More information about flatmates:
It s great to hear that you also care a lot about who will live with you in the future. Our biggest wish is to find suitable members for our communities. Usually your flatmates are international students or young professionals and between 20 and 38 years old. I can't give you more information because of data security. I'm sure you will have a good time in our community.
When are the first payments due?
The deposit and the membership fee will be charged after you enter your payment details on our website. The rent is due only some days before your contract starts.
WE DO NOT CHECK IN ON THE WEEKEND (Saturday and Sunday).

Casa Sampaio III  is a residence in the center of Lisbon with sixteen (16) rooms and three (3) bathrooms, oriented towards students and young professionals. It is located close to Marquês de Pombal.

The rooms are furnished with a complete bed and set of sheets, duvet, and pillow with cover, bedside table with lamp, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk with bench and dustbin. In-room TV is available on request.

The common area has a dining table with chairs and access to the clothesline. There is unlimited wireless Internet throughout the house, and cable TV in all rooms and in the common area. The house is cleaned up to twice a week by the cleaning staff.

The kitchen has three (3) refrigerators with a freezer, stove, oven, and microwave and is fully equipped with crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, and a set of knives.

This location allows the house to benefit from a varied local commerce network, using supermarkets, mini-markets, cafes, restaurants, butchers, pharmacies, and banks. It is just a step away from the Parque Eduardo VII.

In a few minutes, it is possible to reach the metro stations of Marquês de Pombal (Yellow and Blue Lines). The house is in a central location, which allows you to be served with a wide range of public transport with connections to all parts of the city, including the airport: metro, bus, and taxis!

All expenses are INCLUDED in the final price (Internet, cable TV, electricity, water, gas, and cleaning) up to 40€ per month. We provide contracts, and monthly receipts within the scope of the law, and assist in obtaining Visa Residencies.
