A casa de banho completa é composta por uma combinação de banheira e chuveiro, um lavatório com um grande espelho frontal, uma sanita com autoclismo e um bidé.
Estão incluídas toalhas limpas, sabonete líquido, champô, gel de banho e papel higiénico.

Existe também um lavabo composto por um lavatório e um autoclismo.

The Gold room is one of the 4 bedrooms of the beautiful and Legendary House of Saldanha.
 
The rooms share a full bathroom, a powder room and a  lounge room. 

Lounge area includes fresh fruits, coffee machine, water dispenser with fresh water, small fridge, microwave, electric kettle and all necessary cutlery to prepare and enjoy some food and, eventually, meet new people.

The full bathroom consists of a bathtub and shower combo, a sink with a big front mirror, a flushing toilet and a bidet.
Fresh towels, liquid soap, shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper are included.

There is also a powder room that consists of a sink and a flushing toilet.
Liquid soap and toilet paper included .

We guaranty that the room, lounge area, powder room and bathroom are clean and disinfected on check-in, after that keeping them clean and tidy it's everybody's responsibility.

We, your hosts, live in a fully independent part of the apartment and are always available to help with anything you might need. 
Even though our super cute and furry cats usually stay in our part of the apartment there is always the slight possibility you end up meeting them by chance.

Casa Sampaio I  is a residence in the center of Lisbon with sixteen (16) rooms and four (4) bathrooms, oriented towards students and young professionals. It is located close to Marquês de Pombal.

The rooms are furnished with a complete bed and set of sheets, duvet, and pillow with cover, bedside table with lamp, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk with bench and dustbin. In-room TV is available on request.

The common area has a dining table with chairs and access to the clothesline. There is unlimited wireless Internet throughout the house, and cable TV in all rooms and in the common area. The house is cleaned up to twice a week by the cleaning staff.

The kitchen has three (3) refrigerators with a freezer, stove, oven, and microwave and is fully equipped with crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, and a set of knives.

This location allows the house to benefit from a varied local commerce network, making use of a Continente supermarket, mini-markets, cafes, restaurants, butchers, pharmacies, banks and it is just a step away from the Parque Eduardo VII.

In a few minutes, it is possible to reach the metro stations of Marquês de Pombal (Yellow and Blue Lines). The house is in a central location, which allows you to be served with a wide range of public transport with connections to all parts of the city, including the airport: metro, bus, and taxis!

All expenses are INCLUDED in the final price (Internet, cable TV, electricity, water, gas, and cleaning) up to 40€ per month. We provide contracts, and monthly receipts within the scope of the law, and assist in obtaining Visa Residencies.
