This bedroom has everything you need and more. The bedroom is filled with natural sunlight and comes with a comfortable double bed, a desk, and a large wardrobe. 

The apartment is also very bright and has a lovely patio and an incredible design. 

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, and induction stove. 

Bills are split between tenants, and you will also share the apartment with a very docile and friendly golden retriever.

The Gold room is one of the 4 bedrooms of the beautiful and Legendary House of Saldanha.
 
The rooms share a full bathroom, a powder room and a  lounge room. 

Lounge area includes fresh fruits, coffee machine, water dispenser with fresh water, small fridge, microwave, electric kettle and all necessary cutlery to prepare and enjoy some food and, eventually, meet new people.

The full bathroom consists of a bathtub and shower combo, a sink with a big front mirror, a flushing toilet and a bidet.
Fresh towels, liquid soap, shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper are included.

There is also a powder room that consists of a sink and a flushing toilet.
Liquid soap and toilet paper included .

We guaranty that the room, lounge area, powder room and bathroom are clean and disinfected on check-in, after that keeping them clean and tidy it's everybody's responsibility.

We, your hosts, live in a fully independent part of the apartment and are always available to help with anything you might need. 
Even though our super cute and furry cats usually stay in our part of the apartment there is always the slight possibility you end up meeting them by chance.

Our rooms come fully furnished with a premium mattress, a wardrobe, a desk as well as a chair. Of course, pillows, bedsheets and small items such as bedside table and a desk lamp are always included. All bedrooms have a bed and depending on your needs, you can also have a balcony or even a shared or private terrace.
Its more than just a co-living building, its simply a very big, comfy place to stay. You will find a place to store your food, shared bathrooms and many more amenities. A fully equipped kitchen is also part of the accommodation, including an oven, fridge, washing machine, and other small appliances.
This co-living building is perfect if you love to have your own space, but also want to live in a community full of people. The building has 36 rooms, meaning you have all these people to connect with and share your experiences. Just one minute walking distance, there is the famous Cinema City Campo Pequno where you will find all sorts of things you are looking for. The next metro station is located within five minutes walking distance as well (same as various bus stations).
The building is located in the beautiful district of Avenidas Novas. It is close to some nice restaurants and lively bars. It is also only about 15-20 minutes by walk to two of the major Universities in Lisbon. There are some nice green spaces around to hang out and relax, including the Gulbenkian garden with its beautiful lake and big amphitheater, which hosts a variety of events.

It s great to hear that you also care a lot about who will live with you in the future. Our biggest wish is to find suitable members for our communities. Usually your flatmates are international students or young professionals and between 20 and 38 years old. I can't give you more information because of data security. I'm sure you will have a good time in our community.
When are the first payments due?
The deposit and the membership fee will be charged after you enter your payment details on our website. The rent is due only some days before your contract starts.
