A paragem de comboio fica apenas a 6 minutos a pé, a paragem de autocarro na esquina, mercados, restaurantes na mesma rua e o melhor! O lago Tejo fica a 5 minutos a pé, por isso tem toda a zona pedonal para caminhar, fazer exercício ou simplesmente visitar as discotecas e restaurantes da zona.

O apartamento tem 6 quartos e duas casas de banho completas para partilhar (o quarto número 6 tem uma casa de banho privada), pelo que as duas casas de banho partilhadas são partilhadas por 5 pessoas. A cozinha é grande e há muito espaço para armazenar alimentos, há um frigorífico, um congelador. Há também uma área de lavandaria com máquina de lavar e secar roupa. Há um terraço com plantas e uma boa mesa.
