- Inquilini: la casa é composta da studenti o giovani lavoratori 20-28 anni. Si tende a mantenere un'occupazione divisa equamente tra inquilini di genere maschile e femminile.
- Accetta: Qualsiasi genere
- La permanenza minima contrattuale corrisponderà al periodo di prenotazione su Roomless. Qualora si desiderasse uscire prima del check-out selezionato in fase di prenotazione, si potrà esercitare l'opzione di uscita anticipata versando 1,5 mensilità. Nel caso in cui si volesse fare subentrare un inquilino (sia che lo trovi il proprietario sia che lo trovi l'inquilino attuale) si potrà uscire dall'appartamento pagando una spesa di servizio pari a 200€.In questo caso il contratto si chiuderà il giorno precedente all'ingresso del sostituto. Sarà comunque dovuta anche la spesa per la chiusura del contratto pari a 225€.. In ogni caso, 3 mesi  rispetto alla data di check-out, va comunicata la disdetta regolare per interrompere il contratto alla data stabilita; se non avverrà tale comunicazione, il contratto rimarrà attivo.
- Il Check-in sarà garantito trascorse almeno 48h dal vostro primo contatto con la proprietà.

- The minimum contractual stay will correspond to the booking period on Roomless. If you wish to leave before the check-out date selected at the time of booking, you may exercise the option of early departure by paying 1.5 month's rent. In the event that you wish to have a tenant take over (whether the owner or the current tenant finds him/her), you may leave the flat by paying a service charge of €200. In this case the contract will end the day before the replacement tenant moves in. A closing charge of €225 will also be due.. In any case, 3 months before the check-out date, the regular cancellation must be communicated in order to terminate the contract on the established date; if no such communication is made, the contract will remain active.
.- Check-in will be guaranteed at least 48 hours after your first contact with the property.

L'appartamento, sebbene rimanga molto silenzioso, si trova in una delle zone piu vive della citta' in prossimita' di locali, supermercati, negozi e ristoranti.

IMPORTANT: Once here in Italy it's mandatory we have to register all guests with the government. Before your check in you must send us the documents of all the guests. In case the guest doesn't want to send the documents through Airbnb, whatsapp or by email, the guest must provide a copy of the documents to deliver for the person who will be checking in at the time of check-in. The document to be presented must have at least: full name, photo, date of birth, place of birth, citizenship, place of dispatch and obviously identification number (of document), as a suggestion, provide a passport. The responsibility of arranging it's yours (guest's responsibility) and failing to do this must result in a fine of € 500 per guest, in addition to having consequences with the police and government. By accepting this reservation you agree to comply with this.
