Bagno

SANITIZED APARTMENTS. We use professional products and procedures to sanitize our apartments. Professional sanitation certificate.

CIR: 015146-CIM-00587. CIR number is a code that certifies the security and regularity of this tourist accommodation at the Municipality of Milan, Region of Lombardy and the Italian Government. This guarantees you a high standard of accommodation facilities and compliance with the necessary requirements required by Italian law.

IMPORTANT NOTE: the above price is subject to seasonality. During "The Forniture Fair", there is an extra charge on the monthly rent, if your stay include the forniture week. (please, ask before booking).

Tax excluded from the price:
- for stays less than 30 nights you have to pay the Milan City Tax: 3€/day for person (maximum for 14 days; Exemptions for minors, university student in university recognized by the municipality of Milano).
- for stays of one month or longer Milan during the check-in a short term tenancy agreement will be stipulated, the contract will be properly registered (stamp duty of 32€ and the 2% of the rent with a minimum of 67€) you have to pay only half of this amount. There are exemptions in case of application of following fiscal regime: tax withholding (cedolare secca).
During the check-in you must show the Italian Tax Identification Number, in addition to your Passport and Identity Card. If you don't have it, you can ask for it at the nearest Italian Revenue Agency or your diplomatic offices in Italy (more information: http://bit.ly/fiscalcode).

Security deposit
We remind you that on arrival day will be required a security deposit, must be done with credit card, which will be refunded within 24 working hours from day of departure .
If you do not have a valid credit card you have to pay it in cash, but there is an extra of: €15 for check-out from 8am to 12pm (midday); 20€ for check-out from 7am to 8am; 60€ for check-out before 6am.

Check-in time
The standard check-in is between 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Late check-in from 9 p.m. to 12 p.m. - 30€. Late check-in from 12 p.m. to 8 a.m. - 60€

Final Cleaning Service
Final cleaning service is included only if you use the apartment in a proper manner.
You may have to pay a fine starting from €30 if you do not follow these rules: leave the apartment (i.e. floor, furniture, etc.) in good conditions; leave the kitchen clean: hob with no meal leftovers and/or dishes and tableware to wash; dispose of trash properly.
Utilities
The utilities are included up to a maximum daily amount. Consumptions extra-threshold will be charged at check-out as follows: € 0.50/kWh (electricity), 1€/mc (gas).

Rules
Smoke is forbidden even with open windows. Electronic cigarettes are not allowed as well
Any kind of drug is forbidden.

It is forbidden to host during the night people who haven't checked in. It is forbidden to host parties at night.

Tasse escluse dal prezzo
- per i soggiorni inferiori alle 30 notti è prevista una tassa di soggiorno di 3€/giorno ad adulto (solo per i primi 14 giorni, esenzioni previste per minori, residenti, studenti in uno degli atenei riconosciuti dal comune di Milano, motivi sanitari);
- per i soggiorni pari o superiori alle 30 notti al momento del check-in verrà stipulato un contratto di locazione transitorio, per la cui registrazione è previsto il pagamento di una imposta di bollo (pari a 32€) e di un'imposta di registro (pari al 2% del canone di locazione con un minimo di 67€), solo la metà di tale importo è a carico dell'ospite. Esenzioni previste in caso di applicazione del regime di cedolare secca, nei casi indicati dalla legge.

Al momento del check-in è necessario esibire, oltre al documento d'identità, il codice fiscale. Se ne sei sprovvisto potrai richiederlo presso l'ufficio dell'Agenzia delle entrate o al Consolato del tuo paese pi˘ vicino (maggiori informazioni: http://bit.ly/codfiscale)

Deposito cauzionale
Le ricordiamo che al momento del check-in le verrà richiesto un deposito cauzionale, che dovrà essere versato tramite carta di credito; verrà restituito entro 24 ore lavorative dal giorno del check-out.
Nel caso in cui non sia provvisto di una carta di credito valida, potrà versare l'importo del deposito cauzionale in contanti, in questo caso è previsto un supplemento di: 15€ per i check-out dalle ore 8 alle ore 12.00; 20€ per il check-out dalle ore 7 alle ore 8; di 60€ per il check-out prima delle ore 07.00.

Orario check-in
L'orario di check-in standard è dalle 15.00 alle 21.00. E' previsto un supplemento di 30€ per il check-in dalle ore 21.00 alle ore 24.00; di 60€ per il check-in dalle ore 24.00 alle ore 8.00.

Consumi utenze
Si ricorda che, al fine di evitare gli sprechi, le utenze sono incluse fino ad un importo massimo giornaliero, al fine di evitare gli sprechi (l'importo è diverso per tipologia di appartamento). I consumi extra-soglia saranno addebitati al check-out come segue: 0,50€/Kwh, elettricità, 1€/mc, gas).

Regole
Vietato fumare all'interno dell'appartamento anche con finestre aperte. Le sigarette elettroniche sono incluse nel divieto.
Vietato portare nell'appartamento droghe di qualsiasi tipo.

Vietato far pernottare persone diverse da quelle riportate nella prenotazione.
Vietato organizzare feste che disturbino la quiete in orario notturno.

Per soggiorni inferiori a 90 giorni, il deposito è di 600 euro.
