A due passi da C.so Monforte, bilocale di nuova costruzione di circa 50 mq posto a piano terra. L’affaccio sul cortile interno lo rende particolarmente silenzioso.

Il bilocale è cosi composto: zona notte/giorno openspace con divano letto e televisione. Cucina a vista con forno, piano a induzione e lavastoviglie. Camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e bagno con box doccia. Aria condizionata e pompa di calore completano le dotazioni dell’appartamento.

Al piano interrato del condominio vi è l’area lavanderia con lavatrici (euro 3 cad.) e asciugatrici Miele (euro 2 cad), zona con ferro da stiro e asse da stiro. Nel prezzo sono inclusi i detergenti (detersivo, ammorbidente e sanificante).
Sempre nel piano interrato vi è un’area studio/lavoro che può essere utilizzata anche come sala riunioni.

La zona dove è ubicato il bilocale si caratterizza per gli ottimi ristoranti dove gustare la cucina locale. Nelle vie adiacenti non mancano i bistrot, le enoteche, i piccoli negozi e botteghe e i supermercati.
Ogni giovedì la nostra via si colora grazie al caratteristico mercato di verdura e frutta fresca, abbigliamento e piccola oggettistica.
Piazza San Babila e via Montenapoleone sono raggiungibili a piedi in meno di un quarto d’ora e in 5 minuti con un mezzo pubblico. Alle spalle si può trovare la nuova fermata della metro M4 “Piazza del tricolore”.

Poma 7 is an Apartment functional and with a Modern style, suitable for all types of travellers.The Apartment is located in Milano  on the first floor with Lift and consists of 2 rooms . Poma 7 enjoys a strategic location .  The house is non-smoking, and is equipped with air conditioning, wifi and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, tableware and major appliances: oven, microwave and fridge/freezer.The sleeping area consists of  1 bedroom with 1 double sofa bed, can accommodate up to 2 people.Poma 7 also offers: television.

RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date; 

N.B. only for our properties located in Milan: for the bookings with 
check-in between March 12th and April 23th 2024, the first two months of your booking must be paid in advance and won't be refundable. 
The check out between 11th April and 21st April 2024 included is not allowed. 


We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc…;
RENTAL AGREEMENT:
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per nightHOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.
