The area provides you with several shopping opportunities and excellent connections to public transport.
The area is a very vibrant part of the city close to some lively bars, delicious restaurants and relaxing cafés. Less than 5 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket. The borough is stage and home for creativity and you can find some of Berlin’s most interesting museums, plenty of green spaces &amp; diverse cultural life.

CHECK-IN:
If you select a check in date between the 1st and 15th of the month, you pay from the 1st of the month.
If you select a check in date between the 15th and the end of the month, you pay from the 15th of the month
CHECKOUT:
If you select a check-out date from 1 to 14, you will pay until the 15th of the month. 
If you select a check-out date from the 15th to the end of the month, you will pay until the end of the month.

Who is eligible to book a room?
Young professionals and students between 20 and 35 years old (except studios). One person per room, no bedroom sharing is allowed.

Which documents do we need for a booking:
-Copy of Passport
-Income proof (Can be an employment or internship contract, blocked account, Savings, Payslips of last three months, guarantee, etc.)

Can I view the apartment:
Unfortunately, you cannot due to the high requests we receive daily. Once you are a tenant of us, you will like the policy that your new home is not always viewed by unknown persons all the time.

More information about your future flatmates:
It s great to hear that you also care a lot about who will live with you in the future. Our biggest wish is to find suitable members for our community. Usually your flatmates are international students or young professionals and between 20 and 38 years old. I can't give you more information because of data security. I'm sure you will have a good time in our community.

When are the first payments due?
The deposit and the membership fee will be charged after you enter your payment details on our website. The rent is due only some days before your contract starts.

You cannot sublet this property at any time during your booking period.

Lage

Namensgeberin für den Gebaeudekomplex ist Rahel Varnhagen (1771–1833)  – die Grande Dame des Berliner Salons. Nur wenige Häuser entfernt vom heuten ‚Palais‘ verkehrten bei ihr etwa Heinrich Heine, Friedrich Schlegel, Adelbert von Chamisso, Wilhelm und Alexander Humboldt sowie Barone, Fürsten und Prinzen. Wie schon damals, ist auch heute die Französische Straβe eine besondere Adresse: Es gibt wenige zentralere Lagen in Berlin. Nur eine Straβe weiter die Komische Oper, südlich entlang der Friedrichstraße läuft man auf den Checkpoint Charlie zu, Richtung Norden gehts an der S-Bahn Friedrichstraße (U6, Tram 12/M1) vorbei über die Spree zum Friedrichstadt Palast. Südwestlich liegen Potsdamer Platz und der Grünpark Berliner Tiergarten, ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar.
