this is a fully furnished room in a shared flat. The room has a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe for your clothes. Also the common areas are fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and all you need for your daily living.

Anmeldung/Registration is possible.

The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/german TV license fee).

For the move in dates we have only the 1st or the 16th of each month a tenant can move in. In specific cases we have a flexible move in date, but this needs to discuss in our messages.

Please note that there is an additional service fee of 100,00€ that has to be paid via bank transfer prior to move-in plus the deposit of 950€, which needs to be payed before move in via bank transfer in a single payment.

Lage

Die Romy-Schneider-Straße liegt in Berlin-Spandau, im Stadtteil Haselhorst unmittelbar am Krienicke Park, durch den man fußläufig direkt zum nahegelegenen Havelufer gelangt. Hier lassen sich entspannte Sommerabende auf der Wiese am Ufer der schönen Havel genießen. 

Durch diverse Busverbindungen und U-Bahnhof (U7) Haselhorst ist man optimal an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz angeschlossen. Der gute Anschluss zur Autobahn macht den Standort trotz seiner beschaulichen Lage besonders verkehrsgünstig.

Die Insel Eiswerder aber auch der Haselhorst befinden sich keine 500 Meter entfernt und sind das perfekte Naherholungsgebiet. Weiter nördlich kommt man zum Tegeler See mit den angrenzenden weitläufigen Waldgebieten. In westlicher Richtung erreicht man in zirka 10 Autominuten den Volkspark Jungfernheide mit verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Freizeitangeboten wie beispielsweise einem Waldklettergarten.

The Spandau Citadel is a medieval fortress and the only surviving fortress in Berlin, and one of the oldest structures in the capital.
