The apartment consists of a spacious living room, a bedroom, a study/guest room, large windowed bathroom and sizable kitchen with a dining area. It’s extremely quiet, with a sun-drenched balcony overlooking a lush private park. 

All amenities available, including a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee makers, a sound system, cable TV and fast internet. The house has a lift. Hot water is provided by a newly installed constant-flow heater and heating by an independently controlled gas boiler. The apartment on the 5th floor is located on a side street off the famous Charlottenburg Palace, and one has a magnificent view over the rooftops of Berlin. Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach Charlottenburg Palace Garden, a versatile showcase of royal garden art. In the palace-distant area, there are meadows perfect for sunbathing and picnics. Can I view the apartment:
Unfortunately, you cannot due to the high requests we receive daily. Once you are a tenant of us, you will like the policy that your new home is not always viewed by unknown persons all the time.

More information about your future flatmates:
It s great to hear that you also care a lot about who will live with you in the future. Our biggest wish is to find suitable members for our community. Usually your flatmates are international students or young professionals and between 20 and 38 years old. I can't give you more information because of data security. I'm sure you will have a good time in our community.

When are the first payments due?
The deposit and the membership fee will be charged after you enter your payment details on our website. The rent is due only some days before your contract starts.
