Creemos que este apartamento es perfecto para una pareja joven /0 y/ pareja con niño ,Dirígete a la playa y diviértete. Relájate con amigos en los cafés junto al mar. Abastécete de comida en el cercano Mercado de la Barceloneta.

Hay un sofá cama. ¡Perfecto para invitados!  En el baño dispones de tocador y un gran espejo con iluminación para tu makeup, Su ducha de obra elegante  grande y espaciosa es ideal , para cuando llegas de la playa!

En la calle detrás está situado en Paseo de Borbón unos de los lugares más emblemáticos de la ciudad por su famoso puerto y sus magníficos barcos atracados, vistas maravillosas!

Cosas a tener en cuenta
El edificio no tiene ascensor, menos mal que estás en el primer piso.
Aquí no hay televisión, pero hay un colgador de televisión para que puedas colgar tu propia televisión.
Hermoso apartamento con bonitos diseños,funcional con todo lo necesario junto al mar , tiene capacidad para tres , cuatro personas, una cama doble tamaño XL y el sofá es cama doble grande. Aire acondicionado y calefacción calor azul.

A 2 minutos de la estancion de metro de Barceloneta, línea 4 amarilla.
Y al lado de la estación de Francia de trenes. En el corazón de Barcelona centro histórico, puedes moverte a pie sin problema por la cuidad.

El precio de la cuota mensual está incluido suministros como agua, wifi. 

Los gastos de consumo de electricidad la luz se pagará a parte , 150 €, son un estimado, si hay un consumo que supera los 150, la diferencia se notificara al huésped.

Se puede fumar SOLO en el balcón. 

Hasta mediados del siglo XVIII La Barceloneta era una zona prácticamente deshabitada. En 1754 los pescadores comenzaron a establecerse en esta zona de la ciudad debido a su cercanía con el mar.

A pesar de haber adquirido un aspecto más moderno, actualmente La Barceloneta conserva su encanto especial. Sus calles estrechas y las fachadas oscurecidas por la sal del mar han convertido esta zona una de las más apreciadas de Barcelona, un lugar con un ambiente tranquilo, marinero y familiar que se mantiene ajeno a la gran ciudad.

This charming 2-bedroom apartment covers an area of 50?m² and is located  right in La Barceloneta, steps from  the beach. Super well located, very local plenty of local supermarkets around. Beach is just 1 min away. The nicely renovated property is exterior and has a modern kitchen, cozy living area with a TV, and 1 bathroom.

This area is also well-connected by public transport to the rest of the city, and has good options for shopping and dining. Having the experience of living like a local in front of the sea. 

Wi fi Access is included. Utility bills (electricity, wáter and gas) ARE NOT INCLUDED in the monthly rental price. You will be charged a mínimum monthly amount for utility bills. This amount is calculated base on the number of rooms of the apartment: 2 rooms-140 euros/month. You will be charged 140 euros/month for all utilities. Not 140 euros for each utility.

Carrer del Mar

2 bedroom apartment in the popular neighborhood of Barceloneta, just 5 minutes from the closest metro station and also 5 minutes walk from the beach. 

Recently renovated bathroom with shower, it has an open kitchen-living room area. The kitchen is fully equipped including also a new washing machine. The living room has an AC for the hot days which cools down the entire apartment. There is a sofa-bed that can be ideal for short stay of friends also. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other one has bunk beds. To end your day or enjoy your weekends you can chill at the balcony, which is facing to a quite, green street.

This apartment is ideal for students, or  young professionals or a couple who come to Barcelona to spend a period of time.

Please, note that we charge 16.33% per rented month as an agency fee, to be paid only once on or before the check-in date. Internet included in the rental price, all other bills are to be paid separately (100/150 euros per month). For renting, students will need to provide guarantor information (should be their parents), while workers will be required to provide their three most recent payslips and their employment contract. Those self employed can show their tax d(hidden)ration. If you want to avoid showing any information, you can pay your rent + bills all together

DEPOSIT:
- up to 6 months rental period: The deposit fee is one monthly rent month
- more than 6 months rental period: the deposit fee is two monthly rent.

BILLS:
The bills mentioned in the listing are an estimate, at the end of your tenancy you will be shown how much has been consumed and accordingly the difference will be charged to you or returned to you

CONTRACTS:
- Contracts will be sent to each tenant and guarantor’s email. The contracts should be digitally signed by everyone mentioned in the contract, including guarantor.
- Contract should be fully signed before checking in

CHECKIN:
Tenants to arrive at our office in Carrer de Llacuna 94 with a valid ID between Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm to collect keys
If the check in is after working hours or on weekends an agent will be sent to the apartment with keys. A late check in fee of 25 euros to be paid in cash for check ins after 9pm, and 40 euros after 11pm.

PAYMENT:
You have 3 options to pay the balance
1. Cash (can be paid in office, only for checkins on weekdays before 6pm)
2. Card (can be paid in office if checkin is on a weekday before 6pm, or an instant link payment can be sent for weekend checkins or those who want to pay in advance - please note a card fee of 2.5% on the final amount will be charged for card payments)
3. Bank Transfer - the amount should show in our bank account on or before your check in day.

This charming 2-bedroom apartment covers an area of 45?m² and is located  right in La Barceloneta, steps from  the beach. Super well located, very local plenty of local supermarkets around. Beach is just 1 min away. The nicely renovated property is exterior and has a modern kitchen, cozy living area with a TV, and 1 bathroom. Second bedroom is not visible in the picture but exist, with one individual bed. 

This area is also well-connected by public transport to the rest of the city, and has good options for shopping and dining. Having the experience of living like a local in front of the sea.
