A lovely selection of spacious and modern apartments just a stone’s throw away from the Regents Canal, in Haggerston, East London. These beautiful apartments are located in a charming residential development, tucked away into a quiet corner that is a nice go-between the busier streets of nearby Dalston and Hackney. The Apartments are modern, tastefully furnished and offer a warm, open space for anyone visiting to relax and explore. The neighbourhood is ideal for anyone looking to escape the noise and congestion of the inner-city but still provides great access to the rest of London. Each space contains two large bedrooms with double beds and built-in storage space with an additional double sofa-bed in the lounge. There are two bathrooms, with the main bathroom coming equipped with a bath and toilet, and the smaller containing a shower and toilet and all the amenities. The rest of the space contains a fully equipped modern kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator etc.) a dining area next to the lounge, a washing machine, multiple storage spaces for luggage, smart TV in the living room and fully installed Wi-Fi (35 Mbps). All bed linen is 100% cotton and duvets and pillows are hypoallergenic. Guests can access the whole space all the time. Team available for guests during working hours. We are happy to help our guests at any time ! 7/7 East London is a vibrant part of the city, well-known for its markets and eclectic neighbourhood but in Haggerston, the area is a lot more laidback and has become a fantastic neighbourhood for those working in nearby areas such as Shoreditch to live in. As far as local markets and areas to shop for anything from groceries to new additions to the wardrobe go; Hackney is one of the best areas in London to have as your local market. Dalston and Hackney are both very lively neighbourhoods to explore on the weekends and you can always make the most of exploring the lanes of Shoreditch south of the Canal if you’re looking for some cool places to go out in the evening. Quiet walks along the Regent’s canal or up to London Fields are good for short stretches but, for the more active walker or runner, you’re a good distance to Victoria Park and Hackney Wick for greener pastures. London Fields Lido offers a fantastic local swimming scene that’s great for those who can’t get enough of the water. London Overground stations at Haggerston and London Fields are the fastest connections into the city centre. To access standard rail services and the London Underground, the fastest connection is from Haggerston overground to Liverpool Street Station (18 minutes), with regular services throughout the day. Good bus services are running from Haggerston station throughout the day into the city centre along with a night bus (N242) that offers at least one alternative to taking a cab home after a few late drinks in the city centre! You will find Liverpool Street Station a great stop for accessing Stanstead Airport, with express services running throughout the day and night, with journeys averaging between 40-50 minutes. London City Airport can be reached in just under 50 minutes via the Docklands Light Railway at Liverpool Street Station. For anyone wishing to drive into the centre of London, Haggerston is outside the congestion charge zone but you will have to pay the daily charge of £15 per day, to drive into the more central areas such as Westminster. Regent’s Canal (10 minutes walk) Hackney (15 minutes walk) Shoreditch (10 minutes via London Overground) Arsenal Football Club/Emirates Stadium (29 minutes via London Overground) Haggerston Overground (7-minute walk) and London Field’s Overground (12-minute walk).
