The apartment is equipped with private parking and garage, it consists of a double bedroom, living room with double sofa bed, equipped kitchen, veranda, bathroom with shower and washing machine, unlimited wifi, air conditioning. Towels and bed linens included.

All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 200-250€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges.
