The apartment is fully furnished, however, bed linen and kitchen equipment are not available within the property. There is also a dedicated space for your bike, which you can use completely free of charge. Furthermore, the possibility exists to rent a small storage space in the basement (3,5 m²) for the price of 15 euros per month. Within the rent you pay for the apartment includes, heating, warm water, trash disposal, the condominium cleaning, electricity, and internet. However, the broadcasting fee is to be paid extra. Furthermore, there is the option to utilize the washing machine of the building for 4.50 Euros and the dryer for a further 2.40 Euros. Registration is obligatory in Berlin and must also be made in these apartments. Persons who are not listed in the rental contract are not allowed to stay in the apartment and will not receive a confirmation of accommodation. However, visitors are allowed to stay for a short period (about 2 weeks in a quarter).
