Le logement
This accommodation is available for a mobility lease ONLY. The mobility lease is a type of short term furnished lease. It aims to facilitate the mobility of tenants, especially those who have to move for professional reasons (transfer or mission), students, young people in training, alternation or internship.
It is a 15m² studio located on the 4th floor with lift.
It is composed of:
- A kitchenette, equipped and functional: fridge, hotplates, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave ...
- A living room with a single bed and TV
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
- Storage space
- TV and high speed internet
- Bed linen and towels provided

Le quartier
All the faces of Paris can be found in the 14th arrondissement. That of Baron Haussmann, who made Montparnasse one of his favourite playgrounds during the great works of the 19th century, and that of the old Parisian suburbs, in the working-class neighbourhoods of Plaisance and Alesia. Not forgetting the Parc Montsouris, one of the most beautiful gardens in Paris, which hides some beautiful statuettes, or the Fondation Cartier pour l'Art contemporain.

Transports
The geographical situation of the flat will allow you to move very easily and quickly in the whole of the capital via these numerous possibilities of public transport:
-Metro: Alésia (line 4), located 4 minutes away on foot
- Numerous day and night bus lines
- Vélib station
- Several taxi companies available: G7 taxis (the most used): call 36 07.
Motorbike spaces in front of the residence and car spaces. (Payment 9am-7pm)

We ask you to provide us with the necessary supporting documents:
- 1 piece of identity
- 1 proof of the reason for the stay (professional or school)
- 1 email address
1 contract will be sent to you by email and an inventory of fixtures will be made on your arrival and departure.
  
  Arrivée en SEMAINE

Le Check-in : entre 15h et 18h
Un agent prendra contact avec vous pour planifier votre arrivée, et échanger sur la  modalité de récupération des clefs.

Early check-in : entre 10h et 15h sous réserve de disponibilité.
Late check-in : entre 19h et 23h, il vous faudra venir récupérer les clés à notre bureau
Arrivée le WEEKEND

Le samedi ou le dimanche : entre 15h et 23h
Les clés seront à récupérer dans nos locaux situés à proximité de l'Arc de Triomphe.

Nous nous assurerons que votre arrivée se passe en toute tranquillité, et nous sommes à votre disposition pour répondre à toutes vos questions.

Arrivée dernière minute

Pour toutes réservations effectuées jusqu’à 48h avant votre arrivée, nous nous réservons le droit d’effectuer la remise de clé dans nos locaux près de l'Arc de Triomphe

Check-in: between 3pm and 6pm
An agent will contact you to plan your arrival and discuss key collection arrangements.

Early check-in: between 10am and 3pm, subject to availability.
Late check-in: between 7pm and 11pm, you'll need to collect the keys from our office.
WEEKEND arrival

Saturday or Sunday: between 3pm and 11pm 
Keys will be collected from our office near the Arc de Triomphe.
We'll make sure your arrival goes smoothly, and we'll be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Last minute booking
For all bookings made up to 48 hours before your arrival, we reserve the right to hand over the key at our office one near to L’ Arc de Triomphe.
