Trilocale al primo piano, confortevole e luminoso, in una zona strategica della città, ben collegata con il centro e le principale attrazioni turistiche  tramite la fermata M5 "Portello" e la fermata M1 "Lotto",  e facilmente raggiungibile da Malpensa grazie alla fermata "Fiera Milano City" del Malpensa Shuttle a pochi minuti a piedi. La cucina è completa di accessori, piatti, stoviglie ed elettrodomestici: frigorifero, lavastoviglie e microonde. La zona notte è composta da 2 camere da letto con 2 letti matrimoniali. L’appartamento è riservato ai non fumatori ed è dotato di wifi, televisione, lavatrice e aria condizionata. Sono inoltre presenti asciugacapelli, asse e ferro da stiro, asciugamani e biancheria da notte per l'intera durata del soggiorno. La casa rimane completamente a vostra disposizione ed ogni dettaglio è stato pensato per accogliervi in un ambiente pulito e confortevole, sia che siate in viaggio per lavoro, sia che siate di passaggio per visitare la città. Abbiatene cura, siete i benvenuti!

Recesso anticipato: dopo almeno un mese, potrai dare disdetta con un preavviso di almeno 21 giorni dalla data ultima di rilascio dell’immobile;

PAGAMENTI:
Una volta confermata la prenotazione, ti contatteremo per saldare entro e non oltre 2 settimane prima del check-in, il deposito cauzionale, che rimborseremo a 30 giorni dal check-out ed il costo delle pulizie iniziali e finali (costo obbligatorio che parte da €175) che varia a seconda della grandezza dell'appartamento. Per tutti gli appartamenti locati nella città di Roma, è richiesto il pagamento della city tax nel momento del check-in. Il costo è pari a €3,50 a notte, per persona.REGOLE DELLA CASA: E' severamente proibito fumare all'interno dell'appartamento.

Bright and cosy three-room apartment on the first floor in a strategic area of the city, well connected to main tourist attractions thanks to the Metro stops "Portello" and "Lotto", and within easy reach from Malpensa thanks to the stop "Fiera Milano City" of the Malpensa Shuttle. The kitchen is complete with dishes and appliances: fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is provided with wifi, television, washing machine, and air conditioning. It's also equipped with hair dryer, iron and ironing board, towels and bed linen for the whole duration of your stay.The house is at your complete disposal and we've put care in every detail in order to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space, whether you're staying for business or just passing by to visit the city. You're welcome, take care of it!

RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date; 

N.B. only for our properties located in Milan: for the bookings with 
check-in between March 12th and April 23th 2024, the first two months of your booking must be paid in advance and won't be refundable. 
The check out between 11th April and 21st April 2024 included is not allowed. 


We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc…;
RENTAL AGREEMENT:
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €3,50 per person per nightHOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.
