The building is in walking distance from such vibrant Neukölln areas like Hermannplatz and Volkspark Hasenheide, and offers great access to public transportation with the U-Bahn Hermannplatz (U7 and U8) located at the doorstep. It is split into two parts with a larger front house, and a cozy back house with a maisonette. With wooden ceilings and concrete floors it is both stylish and cozy inside out. You can be cooking meals with your flatmates in the fully equipped kitchens, spending time in the comfortable common area on the first floor, or having a sundowner on one of the terraces overlooking the park.
