Casa Sampaio III – Room 7

*For reservations from September 2023, the minimum stay is 31st January 2024. Checking in on holidays, weekends or on weekdays before 8 AM or 6 PM will cost EU 34,99. Casa Sampaio III  is a residence in the center of Lisbon with sixteen (16) rooms and three (3) bathrooms, oriented towards students and young professionals. It is located close to Marquês de Pombal. The rooms are furnished with a complete bed and set of sheets, duvet, and pillow with cover, bedside table with lamp, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk with bench and dustbin. In-room TV is available on request. The common area has a dining table with chairs and access to the clothesline. There is unlimited wireless Internet throughout the house, and cable TV in all rooms and in the common area. The house is cleaned up to twice a week by the cleaning staff. The kitchen has three (3) refrigerators with a freezer, stove, oven, and microwave and is fully equipped with crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, and a set of knives. This location allows the house to benefit from a varied local commerce network, using supermarkets, mini-markets, cafes, restaurants, butchers, pharmacies, and banks. It is just a step away from the Parque Eduardo VII. In a few minutes, it is possible to reach the metro stations of Marquês de Pombal (Yellow and Blue Lines). The house is in a central location, which allows you to be served with a wide range of public transport with connections to all parts of the city, including the airport: metro, bus, and taxis! All expenses are INCLUDED in the final price (Internet, cable TV, electricity, water, gas, and cleaning) up to 40€ per month. We provide contracts, and monthly receipts within the scope of the law, and assist in obtaining Visa Residencies. *** Utilities are included until EU 40,00 per month.
