This beautiful studio apartment offers you all that you need in order to have a comfortable stay. With its smart design, the space is utilized to make it highly functional. However, the structure offers so much more than just an apartment, as you have free access to all shared spaces such as a gym and coworking space, so you can get to know many like-minded people. There is a laundry room on site, which is bookable by app where the dryer costs 3 Euros and the Washing Machine 3.70 Euros, however, laundry detergent is already included in the price. The entire property is equipped with high speed Wi-Fi, and you have the possibility to visit a vast range of community events. If you want to stay calm and relaxed, you can resort back to your room where you will have your personal Smart TV, a fully quipped kitchenette, bedding & towels. To make your experience even more comfortable, you can enjoy the benefits of your apartment being cleaned twice a month for you.  CAN 2 PEOPLE MOVE IN TO AN APARTMENT? Yes, an extra fee of 200€ monthly applies to cover the additional costs of a second resident.
