I colori delle pareti favoriscono il buon umore e aiutano nello studio. Situato al quarto e penultimo piano, molto luminoso e spazioso. Doppio affaccio e vista ampia, essendo più alto degli edifici nei dintorni. È composto da cucina abitabile, un grande bagno con ampia doccia e 4 suite singole con letto da una piazza e mezza. L'appartamento è ottimamente ristrutturato in funzione di tutto ciò che occorre ai nostri studenti. Dotato di WI-FI (Fibra), lavatrice, cucina equipaggiata anche di tutti gli accessori. For the second semester the MINIMUM rental period is from March 1st to July 31st; if available, it is possible to add january and february and August
