Which documents do we need before sending out contract:
-Copy of Passport
-Income proof (Can be an employment or internship contract, Blocked account, Savings, Payslips of last three months, a gurantee, etc.
Person asks for viewing because he/she is scared about getting a fake offer:
I understand your doubts, but we just can not offer a viewing. Not only because of the pandemic situation, it is also due to many requests in one room. Once you are a tenant of us you will like the policy that your new home is not always viewed by unknown persons all the time. It s great to hear that you also care a lot about who will live with you in the future. Our biggest wish is to find suitable members for our communities. Usually your flatmates are international students or young professionals and between 20 and 38 years old. I can't give you more information because of data security. I'm sure you will have a good time in our community.
When are the first payments due?
The deposit and the membership fee will be charged after you enter your payment details on our website. The rent is due only some days before your contract starts.
