Apartment with three bright bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet room. Two of the bedrooms have street-facing balconies A very cool living-dining area, with air conditioning. High-speed WiFi is included. Utility bills (electricity and water) are not included, costing approximately 60€ per month and room, but it oculd be more if the apartment is not full occupied, so the bills will be distributed among the occupants of the apertment. All bedsheets will be there when you arrive but it is mandatory to pay them when you move out, the price is around 60.-€. There is a cleaning service for common areas such as the kitchen, living room and bathrooms, once a week, included in the price. It is located next to the Plaza Mayor, with a supermarket in the same building. Subway stations are: Latina, Tirso de Molina and Sol. For the room reservation you have to pay the first month with roomlessrent and also directly to the owner a two months deposit + sign the contract, if you don´t pay to the owner the two months deposit and sign the contract, the apartment cannot be rented even if you have paid the first month through roomlessrent. The two months deposit will be returned when you leave if you haven´t caused any damage and paid the electricity and water bills.
