- La estancia mínima contractual corresponderá al periodo de reserva en Roomless. Si desea marcharse antes de la fecha de salida seleccionada en el momento de la reserva, podrá ejercer la opción de salida anticipada pagando 1 meses de alquiler. En cualquier caso, 3 meses antes de la fecha de check-out, se deberá comunicar la cancelación regular para dar por terminado el contrato en la fecha establecida; si no se realiza dicha comunicación, el contrato seguirá activo.
- La entrada se garantizará al menos 48 horas después de su primer contacto con la propiedad.
Si selecciona una fecha de check in despues del inicio del mes: Pagarás desde el 1 del mes correspondiente. 
CHECKOUT:
Si selecciona una fecha de check out antes del final del mes: Pagarás hasta fin de mes.
