Smart Studio Each of our rooms is furnished with everything you need to make your university years an unforgettable experience. The Smart Studio is a studio with private bathroom, located on the ground floor of the building. The overall size is approximately 16 square meters, including the bathroom. The room consists of a study area with shelves, desk and comfortable chair, a comfortable bed, a wardrobe and a living area with table, stool and kitchen equipped with sink, refrigerator, induction hob and two ovens: electric and microwave. The heating is centralized and the room is equipped with a practical thermostat to manage the internal temperature. The private bathroom measures approximately 3 sqm. and is equipped with a comfortable shower.
