The apartment in a totally restored 19th century building offers a nice atmosphere, from the traditionally held stairway up to the modern furniture in the apartment. CHECK-IN: If you select a check in date between the 1st and 15th of the month, you pay from the 1st of the month. If you select a check in date between the 15th and the end of the month, you pay from the 15th of the month CHECKOUT: If you select a check-out date from 1 to 14, you will pay until the 15th of the month. If you select a check-out date from the 15th to the end of the month, you will pay until the end of the month. Our flats fulfil all your daily living requirements. Every flat comes readily equipped with a kitchen, including refrigerator, cooking equipment and dishes. Flats also include a washing machine and Wi-Fi Internet. Each room is fully furnished and offers a comfortable bed with fresh linen and a workspace. The area provides you with several shopping opportunities and excellent connections to public transport. Who is eligible to book a room? Young professionals and students between 20 and 35 years old (except studios). One person per room, no bedroom sharing is allowed. Which documents do we need for a booking: -Copy of Passport -Income proof (Can be an employment or internship contract, blocked account, Savings, Payslips of last three months, guarantee, etc.) Can I view the apartment: Unfortunately, you cannot due to the high requests we receive daily. Once you are a tenant of us, you will like the policy that your new home is not always viewed by unknown persons all the time. More information about your future flatmates: It s great to hear that you also care a lot about who will live with you in the future. Our biggest wish is to find suitable members for our community. Usually your flatmates are international students or young professionals and between 20 and 38 years old. I can't give you more information because of data security. I'm sure you will have a good time in our community. When are the first payments due? The deposit and the membership fee will be charged after you enter your payment details on our website. The rent is due only some days before your contract starts. You cannot sublet this property at any time during your booking period.

- BOOKING - PRE CHECK IN 1) cancellation made 60 or more days before the Check-in date: For the Tenant: 100% reimbursement of the First Payment. 2) cancellation made between the 59th and 30th day before the Check-in date: For the Tenant: 50% reimbursement of the First Payment. 3) cancellation made between the 29th day or less before the Check-in date: For the Tenant: There is no refund. UTILITIES In response to rising energy prices in Europe, there may be a possible variable additional electricity charge of 50€ - 100€ per month applied, based on electricity exchange rates. This additional fee will only be applied in the following case: If the electricity price rises to 70.01 cent/kWh - 150 cent/kWh - additional 50€ charge per month If the electricity price rises above 150 cent/kW - additional 100€ charge per month CONTRACT TYPE: You will get your rental contract all digital and can sign it digital too. Please note that you have to cancel the rental contract directly to the property owner two months before the expiration of the booking period. Check in and check out on weekends are not possible.
