EN BEFORE THE STAY: Cancellation up to 1 month before the check-in date is fully refundable. Within a month of check-in will cost 50% of 1 month's rent. DURING THE STAY: If the client wants to move out early, they need to notify it 1 month in advance and the booking has to last up to the end of the following month (e.g., if the cancellation is notified on the 14th of May, the rent has to be paid up to the end of June). DE VOR DEM AUFENTHALT: Bei einer Stornierung bis zu 1 Monat vor dem Anreisedatum wird der gesamte Betrag zurückerstattet. Innerhalb eines Monats vor dem Anreisedatum wird 50% einer Monatsmiete fällig. WÄHREND DES AUFENTHALTS: Wenn der Kunde vorzeitig ausziehen möchte, muss er dies einen Monat im Voraus mitteilen und die Buchung muss bis zum Ende des Folgemonats erfolgen (z. B. wenn die Kündigung am 14. Mai mitgeteilt wird, muss die Miete bis Ende Juni bezahlt werden).
